"Customer is entitled to full refund within 24 hours of payment being made.. Between 24-72 hours of payment only 50% of the payment shall be refunded.. After 72 hours, there will be no refund."

In accordance with the law, you, the customer, are entitled to cancel your subscription/contract with us anytime you wish. All customers are entitled to full refund within 24 hours of payment being made. Between 24-72 hours of payment only 50% of the payment shall be refunded. After 72 hours, there will be no refund. Cancellation is only effective if the communication is sent to NAMAH Global within the specified periods. Beyond this cancellation period, you lose the right to get refund.

Once we have notified you of receipt of your cancellation, someone from our side shall get back to you to understand the reasons. Following the acknowledgement, we will then arrange to refund you via the same method as used for the original payment within 14 days. However, if it is found that you have used the service beyond what is necessary to establish it’s usability, characteristics and function then NAMAH Global has a right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement.
